Getting Started

How do I get started?

Signing up is a breeze. Simply sign up an account and embed the code on your website and start getting callbacks and closing sales.

What do I get during my 30-day free trial?

When you sign up for your free trial, you’ll have access to all the features and benefits of the premium plan. At any point during the trial, you can select your plan and pay by credit card from your account.

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

Nope, free means free. No credit card information is required during your 30-day trial. You only whip out your card when you are ready to select a plan to purchase.

How do I become a premium user?

After you signed up for your trial, you can purchase your plan and pay through credit card. Invoices will be sent to your email at the end of each month. 

As a paid user, can I change plans anytime?

Yes. We understand the need for scaling your business or reducing your cost, so we’ve kept our plans flexible for you. 

Can I customise my own plan?

Our plans are structured to have features most beneficial for each company tier. However, you can pick certain features outside your tier if you require, by contacting us.

Are there any discounts?

If you subscribe yearly, we offer a 30% discounted price.

What are the special offers for marketing agencies and partners?

Yes, we do have referral fees and partnership programs for marketing agencies, consulting firms and creative studios. Check out our referral model and partnership program

What is considered a callback?

We count callbacks when your rep and your prospect picks up the phone and gets connected. Callbacks will not be counted if your rep picks up but a customer does not answer.

What happens if my rep or I don't answer a callback?

If you have more than one rep, we call the next rep in line if the first one does not pick up or is busy. You can add, remove or rearrange your rep orders inside our dashboard. 

If no reps are available, an SMS will automatically be sent to the customer apologising for the missed call and providing a rescheduled time. 

Will my data and my customers' data be private and secure?

Yes, we take the privacy of our customers very seriously. We are compliant with data privacy laws such as PDPA and GDPR, and we vet our systems and networks thoroughly to ensure they are compliant as well. We also enforce enterprise-level security on our application and systems. to protect our customer.
