Will Novocall work with my website?

Yes, Novocall integrates with most websites and CMS platforms out there such as WordPress, Wix, Weebly. We are also adding new integrations every day.

What happens if I exceed my monthly call limit?

We’re currently working on a ‘top-up’ function which allows for purchase of extra call credits per month. The exact price will be announced when we’ve confirmed it! 

Am I able to roll over the unused call credits to next month?

Currently, the credits won’t rollover to the next month.  

However, once we implement the ‘top-up’ credits feature, extra purchased credits could be rolled over to the next month.

What are the countries we are currently supporting?

You can find the exact list of countries that we currently support here. It’s about 20+ countries for now but we’re still adding more to the list.

What's Novocall's cancellation policy?

You can pause, suspend or cancel your account anytime. Send an email to [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.

How will Novocall look and work alongside already implemented live chat or chat bots?

(i) You can add it as a separate widget in your website. You can set the positioning in back-end. 

(ii) You can use your chat, and once your users are ready for a call or schedule, you can provide our callback link, Calendly-style.
