Will Novocall work with my website?

Yes, Novocall integrates with most websites and CMS platforms out there such as WordPress, Wix, Weebly. We are also adding new integrations every day.

What happens if I exceed my monthly call limit?

If you exceed your monthly call limits, don’t worry! We will not bump you up to the next plan as we understand calls might be irregular from month to month.

You’ll first receive notification emails before you hit your plan’s call limited. Once you go over your limit, we will provide additional call bundles at 10 calls for $5. This way, you could control your plan and costs accordingly.

How do I get started with it?

Simply click the Free Trial button and sign up an account with us. We’ll walk you through the setting up and onboarding.

What's Novocall's cancellation policy?

You can pause, suspend or cancel your account anytime. Send an email to contact@novocall.co and we’ll take care of it.

Does Novocall integrate to my CRM or chat widgets?

We’ve received a lot of requests for these, and fret not, integration is underway! Currently, we’ll be integrating to Zapier so that thousands of integrations could be conducted.
